Moong Dal : 1/4 cup
Yellow Moong Dal : 1/4 cup
Tuver Dal : 1/4 cup
water : 4 cup
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder : 1 tsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Potato : 1 Medium
Brinjal : 2 to 3
carrot : 1/4 cup
Green Peas : 1/4 cup
Dudhi : 1/4 cup
For Khichadi Tadka :
Ghee : 2 tbsp
Rai : 1 tsp
jeera : 1 tsp
Dry red Chilli : 1
Curry patta
Hing : 1/4 tsp
Peanut : 2 tbsp
Tejpatta : 1
Black paper : 2 to 3
Clove : 2
Dry Coconut : 1 tbsp
Tomato : 2
Salt to taste
Red Chilli powder : 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Dhanajeeru : 1 tbsp
Garam masala : 1 tsp
Roasted Jeera powder : 1 tsp
water : 2 cup
Chopped Coriander
For Kadhi :
Sour Curd : 1 cup
Water : 2 cup
Besan : 1/4 cup
Green Chilli : 1
Ginger : 1 inch
Jaggery : 1 tbsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Rai : 1 tsp
Jeera : 1/2 tsp
Hing : pinch
Dry Red chilli ; 1
Methi dana : 1/4 tsp
Clove : 1
Cinnamon Stick : 1 inch
Curry patta
salt to taste
Chopped Coriander
Serve with papad And Chilli pickle
