125 g all purpose flour 中筋面粉
for oil dough 油皮：
80 g cake flour 中筋或低筋面粉
40 g lard 猪油
for filling 内馅：
70 g cooked glutinous rice flour 熟糯米粉
35 g lard 猪油
50 g sugar 糖
120 g water 水
20 g white sesame seeds 白芝麻
15 g coconut 椰蓉
Preheat the oven to 375°F/190°C in advance, and bake at the middle rack for about 18-20 minutes.
提前预热烤箱至190度，放中层烘烤18-20分钟。
