Recipe and ingredients:
300 ml warm milk.
100 ml warm water.
1 large egg.
3 tbsp sugar.
3 tbsp honey.
1 tbsp dry yeast.
50g melted butter.
Mix thoroughly.
600 grams of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of salt.
Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
10 ml vegetable oil.
Lubricate the cup with vegetable oil.
Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

We divide into 3 equal parts.
Roll each part into a ball.
Cover and let stand 15 minutes.
Divide each piece of dough into 8 pieces.
