Marshmallow Frosting

Easy marshmallow frosting. Great for cakes or cupcakes!

Ingredients:
4 egg whites
1 cup sugar
1/2 tsp of cream of tatar

In a heat proof bowl, I used the bowl from my kitchen aid mixer, add the egg whites, sugar and cream of tatar. Place over a pot of simmering (not boiling!) water. Make sure that your bowl is not touching the water and whisk for 4 minutes. I used my hand mixer with just one of the beaters on it.
After the 4 minutes remove from the heat and beat on high for 6 or 7 minutes.
After you’re done beating it place it into a piping bag with a tip of your choice or just spread it as is onto your cake or cup cakes….if you like, you can use a kitchen torch to toast the frosting.
