Painting My Kitchen Cabinets - What I wish I had done differently

9 months ago, I painted my kitchen cabinets using a Rustoleum Cabinet Transformations kit.  I wish I could say it has held up nicely, but then I would be lying.  Here are some thoughts on how I wish I had done it differently.
