Ingredients:
Oil 2 tbsp
Green Chilly 3
Ginger 1/2 tsp
Boiled potato 2
Green peas 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Red chilly 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp
Green chilly paste 1 tbsp

Method:
- Sautee some green chilli and ginger in oil
- Add the boiled potato, peas and coriander leaves to the pan
- Add salt, red chilli powder and turmeric and some green chutney to the potatoes
- Spread mint chutney on a slice of bread. Add the aloo mixture on top
- Garnish with onions, tomatoes, and capsicum
- Sprinkle some chaat masala before covering the sandwich with another slice of bread
- Grill the sandwich for 2 minutes. Serve with ketchup and mint chutney!
