What are you cooking tonight? How about making an 18th century curry... or "currey" as it was called then?! Seb, our Senior Keeper, Georgian & Rural Life, stumbled across a recipe for a "currey" from Hannah Glasse's "The Art of Cookery Made Plain and Easy" whilst researching for the development of our Drover's Tavern in The 1820s Landscape... and he couldn't resist giving it a go!
