The Most Fun Elite Spec? A Guild Wars 2 Tier List

Guild Wars 2 has got a LOT of elite specializations to choose from: with 3 expansions and 9 classes, we're all the way up to 27 of them! I have now played almost all of them, so of course.. it was time for a tier list.
