煎釀素青椒

材料:
1. 青椒4條
2. 豆腐1磚
3. 冬菇3隻
4. 紅蘿蔔4片

調味料:
1. 素蠔油1茶匙
2. 麻油一茶匙
3. 鹽 1茶匙

做法:
1. 冬菇及紅蘿蔔切碎,放入小鍋內煮熟。青椒開邊起核備用
2. 加入豆腐攪爛
3. 把所有材料和調味料一同攪拌,釀入青椒内
4. 冷鍋落油燒熱,放入青椒煎至兩邊金黃色即可


Pan-fried Vegetarian Stuffed Chili Pepper

Ingredient:
1. Green Chili Pepper 4
2. Tofu 1brick
3. shiitake mushroom 3pcs
4. Carrots 4 Slice

seasoning:
1. Vegetarian Oyster Sauce 1 tsp
2. Sesame oil 1 tsp
3. salt 1 tsp

Cooking method:
1. Shiitake Mushrooms and carrots are chopped. Cook it. Cut the green chili into half, remove seed. set aside.
2. Smash tofu mix with mushroom and carrot.
3. Mix in the seasonings and stuff into the green chili.
4. Spread oil in cold pan, heat it until the oil start smoking, pan-fried the green chili until goldern brown. Serve.
