During the last decade, with the occurrence of sudden rains in the cities, there has been a flood, which has caused irreparable damages and disrupted the urban life at different levels.
In this video, by examining the floods of 2018 and the causes of these floods, we want to determine the role of human factors in aggravating the damage caused by floods and provide solutions to deal with this natural disaster and resilience against it.
در طی یک دهه گذشته با وقوع بارش‌های ناگهانی در سطح شهرها، سیلی به راه افتاده است که خسارتهای جبران ناپذیری را به بارآورده و باعث مختل شدن زندگی شهری در سطوح مختلف شده، در این ویدئو میخواهیم با بررسی سیل های سال 1398 و علل رخ دادن این سیل ها، نقش عوامل انسانی در تشدید خسارتهای ناشی از سیل را مشخص نماییم و به ارائه راهکارهایی برای مقابله با این بلای طبیعی و تاب‌آوری در برابر آن بپردازیم
