Improve your gait pattern with step tappings. Stand between your crutches and tap the step with only the affected leg. Fully extend the leg before tapping the step again. Keep your gaze forward as much as possible and stand upright.

Always discuss with your surgeon, doctor, and/or physical therapist if this exercise is suitable for your knee and how you should execute it. If it doesn't feel good, always stop and contact your doctor.
