Hey everyone. Welcome to my Megaman X 5 Xtreme Mode 100% Walkthrough Part 1. In this part, we just begin the game as X, and of course, I will also be doing a Zero Walkthrough too. Well at the beginning, it tells the year and what that thing is in the cut-scene. In this game, all cut-scenes are text reading cut-scenes. thank god too since voice action back then was awful. In my opinion, this is the game where Sigma's seriousness took affect. He got serious in X4 and now it comes to plan in this game. We start off getting info from Alia, one of the new members of the Maverick Hunters, which you can read or skip, since its info that isn't helpful...at some points. And yes, there's a difference in normal mode and Xtreme Mode. Xtreme mode just has more enemies and the bosses take longer to defeat. By 100%, I mean the heart Containers, Sub tanks and Armor Upgrades. You can also get power-ups for your armors, but I can never get them all...I don't even know how many there are. So we go through the colony and we find Zero at the end all beat up. Then Sigma appears, but it wasn't really him, it was just a replica which contained the sigma virus. Once defeating it, the colony releases the virus into the Earth and all Reploids get infected, and the colony is on a crash course towards Earth. So now, its up to us to stop that colony and save the Earth and Humanity. Douglas and Signas, other new members have a plan. Plan A, is to use the Enigma, which is a proton cannon that can possibly destroy the Colony, but it isn't a 100% Chance. So we must collect parts to get it working properly.
