Watch - The Lion King Telugu Movie Press Meet | Nani | Ravi Shankar | Jagapathi Babu | Ali | Shreyas Media
Tollywood stars Nani, Ravi Shankar, Jagapathi Babu, Ali and Brahmanandam, lent their voice to characters for its Telugu dubbed version. Nani has infused life to the voice of Simba, a lion who is the crown prince of the Pride Lands, voiced by Donald Glover in the English version. Ravi Shankar, a popular dubbing artist-cum-actor, has lent his voice to Mufasa, the father of Simba. Jagapathi Bab was the voice behind Scar, the treacherous brother of Mufasa. Ali and Brahmanandam to lent their voices to Timon, a wise-cracking meerkat and Pumbaa. The Telugu version of Hollywood film The Lion King is all set to hit the screens across the globe on July 19, 2019.
