Guillaume Cizeron and Gabriella Papadakis delivered a performance which left them in figure skating medal contention, despite a massive wardrobe malfunction.Papadakis' breast was exposed during their short dance routine due to a costume issue, but the French pair still received a score of 81.93 at the Gangneung Ice Arena. That put them second only to former Olympic champions Tessa Virtue and Scott Moir of Canada, who broke their own world record with 83.67.Papadakis courted unwanted attention, as her dress came undone early in their routine, exposing her left nipple. The 22-year-old later revealed she immediately recognised what had happened, but was determined to finish an attempt which leaves the pair well-placed ahead of Tuesday's free dance."It was pretty distracting," she said."My worst nightmare at the Olympics.I told myself, 'You have to keep going'."That's what we did, and we have to be proud of ourselves, delivering a great performance with that happening." Cizeron praised his partner's resolve and remains confident that they can challenge the Canadians."It was a great performance considering the costume issue," he said."That is not something you get ready for in your mind when you start the programme. It is hard to stay focused."We did not expect that when we started the programme. We are not extremely disappointed, but we could have done better without that problem."Two points can be caught up.If we can to our best we have chances to win.We have to stay focused and look forward.
