Tip #3: Flexibility Is Important Stretch the major muscle groups - including your hamstrings, quadriceps, hips and calves. Tip #4: Cardiovascular Exercise Will Help To Build Up Your Lung Capacity Start with 20 minutes per day and work up to around 90 minutes. Include training hikes in your training.
