450g / 1lb (2 pieces) chicken breasts
1 onion
470ml / 1 pint heavy cream
180g ( 6 oz.) Shiitake mushrooms
180g (6 oz.) fettuccine
3 garlic cloves
Parsley
3 tbsp Olive oil (divided)
