Testing the Intel Core i5-12400F
Testing the Intel Core i5-12400F six core 12-thread CPU in 10 popular and demanding games in 2024, using an RX 6900 XT discrete GPU.
Perhaps as a side effect of being in the PC enthusiast bubble, I’m guilty of ignoring the Intel i5-12400F. Whether for its lack of E-cores or multiplier overclocking, there’s something about the vanilla i5s that just makes them seem boring. Well, after randomly buying one on a whim, I can tell you that it’s… really good, actually.
