I Was Invited to Cook & Eat With a Hmong Family in a Lao Mountain Village

After a jungle survival adventure in the Lao rainforest with the Hmong, we had caught a lot of fish so I was invited to cook and eat with a Hmong family in a Lao mountain village or hill tribe in Xaysomboun province near Vientiane Laos. I tried all kinds of traditional and authentic Hmong and Lao foods and learnt how they are cooked. I also got to see Ked's traditional Hmong home and see how the Hmong tribal people live off the land everyday.
