Next time after squeezing the juice out of lemons do not through them away. Lemon rind is very useful. Here I am sharing a home remedy for human dandruff and dog fleas. Same thing works for both. One of the reasons for dandruff is fungus on the scalp. Vitamin C and flavonoids in the lemon rind will treat the dandruff.

Ingredients
4 green or yellow lemons or small limes
Procedure
Take the lemon rind after squeezing the juice out of them. Cut them further into small pieces. Pour some water in it and let it boil on low flame for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool down. After cooling down crush and squeeze the lemon rind with your hand. Strain it into another pot. Your lemon rind solution is ready to be used.
You can use this right away or refrigerate. You can refrigerate up to 10 days. The quantity that I showed in my video will be enough for one dog depending on how big it is. But for humans this will come for 3-4 times.
How to use on dogs to get rid off fleas
After giving a bath apply this to your dogs body, and rub with your fingers. Make sure to apply around the neck, behind the ears etc. where the fleas usually hide. Do not need to rinse again after applying lemon rind water. You can apply this every time you give a bath. It kills and prevents fleas. But it did not work for ticks.
How to use for dandruff
As usual after washing your hair, apply the lemon rind water to your hair. Rub your scalp with your finger tips. Do not need to rinse your hair again. Because this works as a conditioner. Repeat it more often depending on the severity. After drying your hair, apply coconut oil and massage gently. Never leave your hair wet. Because moisture helps fungus to grow.
