In this special event, we see that Sakura is worried about Sasuke because he decided to take on an S-class missing-nin aka a Rogue Ninja. Naruto decided to go after Sasuke to make Sakura happy again.
A continuation of the last video, Naruto is looking for Sasuke after he found out that he is pursuing an S-class Ninja. And it turns out that the Ninja is none other than Kisame Hoshigaki aka "The Monster of the Hidden Mist." I think Itachi was the one who casted the genjutsu trap. I mean who else could it be? To me, I don't think Kisame could be the one to do it, but then again we do not know if he is skilled in genjutsu or not.
Guys, I have to say that Kisame is definitely one of my favorite boss fights in this game. I mean seriously, Kisame can create water clones, trap you in his water prison jutsu, disappear in mist and teleport with it, slash you with his Samehada(Sharkskin) sword, and attack you with his Water Style: Giant Vortex Jutsu. It looks like a big water bullet! I love how he prevents Naruto from landing a hit on him with the Naruto Uzumaki Barrage by slashing him in mid-air. He was a challenging boss fight.
Kisame looks so badass in the FMV cutscene. Badass pose, Badass vibe, Badass everything! This is one of my favorite FMV cutscenes!
Anyway, the impact of Kisame hitting the water with his Samehada(Sharkskin) wakes Sasuke up and he joins the boss fight against Kisame.
After the boss fight, Kisame senses that Kakashi was coming, so he disappear in mist.
Tsunade scolds Sasuke for going on a dangerous mission and chasing a dangerous ninja so carelessly. Tsunade give Naruto a punishment mission as a result. She was mad at Naruto for also being careless but she softens up on him because he showed how much he cares about Sasuke by chasing after him and risking his life to save him.
This whole event was in the American version but it was modified to prevent spoilers. Tsunade and Kisame was removed. The Kisame boss fight was replaced with a boss fight with Kabuto Yakushi and apparently he was the one who made the genjutsu trap. To me, the Kisame boss fight made more sense to me than the Kabuto boss fight. It's a darn shame that this whole boss fight was not included in the American version. It was really fun, challenging and the FMV cutscene was awesome!!!!!
