Proceed through the tutorial until you pick up a call and turn the superintendent online. After this, you'll have to head through a security door and proceed through an indoor hallway. At the end of the hallway, before exiting, there is a small common area with a couch on the right side of the room. Jump up on the couch, look down on the ground directly next to it to spot a box of cereal, and then zoom in on it to unlock the achievement!
