FOURTHANE RED - HOW TO USE THE PRODUCT

How to use FOURTHANE RED

1) Use a wire wheel or disc to prepare and roughen the surface where we will apply FOURTHANE RED.
2) Open the upper can of the FOURTHANE RED kit to remove the solvent, primer, and catalyst.
3) Use adhesive tape to isolate the surface to be repaired with FOURTHANE RED. To prevent the resin from peeling off at the edges.
4) Apply solvent.
5) Apply primer.
6) Mix the catalyst with the resin and stir its content manually or mechanically until a homogeneous gray color is obtained.
7) Apply the resin + catalyst mixture to the surface.
8) Distribute the product evenly, removing air bubbles.
9) Apply EZ Finish to give a good finished surface to the repair.
10) The product is ready in roughly 45 minutes, remove the excess material from the surface of the belt to make it smooth.
