Thanks so much for waching! If this is your first time here watching my name is Ashley & I'm a Texas stay at home momma to 4 kiddos. I create tons of cleaning motivation with some motherhood lifestyle content mixed in! I love sharing relatable mom life cleaning motivation. ✨Firecracker Meatballs✨
1 lb Ground Beef
1 thumb ginger
1 Scallion
2 Tbsp Mayo
2 Tbsp Sour Cream
2 Tsp Honey
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sriracha
1/2 Cup Rice
Green Beans
Directions:
Preheat oven 425 degrees. Peel ginger and mice up. Dice scallions up separating greens and whites. In a medium bowl combine mayo, sour cream, honey, half of soy sauce, & sriracha.
Cook rice on stove top.
in large bowl combine ground beef, panic, scallion whites, ginger, salt, pepper and remaining soy sauce. Mix real well then roll into balls (10-12 balls).
Cook on flat pan for 14-16 minutes.
