Hello friends! On our channel is a fascinating film about adventures on the Indonesian island of Java. Born in the USSR remember this word from childhood. We called "Java" Soviet cigarettes "for cool guys" and a Czech motorcycle - the dream of every Soviet high school student. But both of these iconic items borrowed their name from the Indonesian island of Java, which will be our film about.
We will show you three Indonesian volcanoes. Let's start with the Ijen volcano, you will learn how to see the famous blue glow and understand how much sulfur porters earn, who carry 70 kilograms of sulfur on their shoulders from the volcano's crater. We will show you the majestic Bromo and the Krakatoa volcano. In 1883, its most powerful eruption occurred, which changed the temperature and color of sunsets around the world for several years. After that, Krakatoa was destroyed, but in 1927 the new volcano Anak Krakatoa (Child of Krakatoa) was released. That's where we went! Unfortunately, six months after our visit, another eruption destroyed the Child of Krakatoa, so the shooting turned out to be unique!
