Nintendo may have had a robot and a BASIC keyboard set, but Sega managed to one-up Nintendo with this early drawing tablet!

By pressing the transparent plastic part of the tablet's drawing surface with it's pressure sensitive stylus, one could freely draw images on the TV screen. By applying varying pressure, this was one of the first drawing tablets to allow change in thickness and color in real time. Offered no storage medium for saving. As per the SG-1000 specs, a maximum of 15 colors (including black) could be displayed at once.

Retailed for 8,800 yen.
