Ingredients:

Black Urad dal-1 cup
Rice-1.5 cup
bayleaf-1
turmeric powder-1.5 tsp
jeera powder-1.5 tsp
hing-2 pinch
coriander powder-2tsp
cinnamon powder-1/2 tsp or small stick
cloves-4-5
black cardamon powder-1/2 tsp or 2 pcs
ginger grated-small pieces.
Desi Ghee-3 big spoon
To cook urad dal,water-3 cups
To cook dal and rice-2.5 cup water
