INGREDIENTS½ cup Corn Oil⅓ cup

½ cup Corn Oil
⅓ cup Red Wine Vinegar
1 tdp. Salt
⅔ tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tbsp. Dried Oregano
2 cups Parsley
3 Garlic Cloves
HOW TO MAKE THE BEST AUTHENTIC CHIMICHURRI
1. Chop the garlic and parsley until well minced. Combine in a medium sized mixing bowl.
2. Soak the oregano in warm water for about 3 minutes.
3. Remove oregano from water and add to bowl.
4. Add all other ingredients together in a bowl and serve with grilled meats, toasted bread, or as a marinade!
