This shows you how to skip getting the Garo's Mask by having to race the Gorman Bros and to get to the Owl Statue in Ikana Canyon without the using the ice arrows.
What you need to do is stand by the ledge near the graveyard. Make sure no enemy will bug you. Set a bomb near the wall, roll up into a Goron, and jump at the right moment. You must release the A button in the air before the bomb explodes or otherwise it won't hurt you. Go to the corner, back flip to go higher (if you fall, you'll end up in the graveyard.) You can walk on the very top of the wall but it's very easy to fall off. Perform the infinite sword glitch with a bomb, and defend you self using the target and shield (using the shield without targeting or getting hurt will cancel the glitch.) Hover using the bombchus to hover safely on land behind the Poe Collector.
If you don't have ice arrows which you receive from the Great Bay Temple, you can slightly reach the wooden stomp with the hookshot. It takes a while to get the great shot as you see it took me a while. Once you're up there, hit the Owl Statue, and you can use the Song of Soaring to warp there anytime!
