1:23 Half Marathon on Carnivore Diet - Pros & Cons of Carnivore for distance running

I recently ran a 1:23:13 half marathon approximately a year and a half after starting the carnivore diet. Today I discuss the benefits and some of the drawbacks I have noticed while on carnivore, the different versions of the carnivore diet, and how carnivore has been a major boost to my recovery after a severe traumatic brain injury about 5 years ago. Though I recommend a keto/carnivore diet from my own experience, I am not a healthcare physician, and results may differ from person to person. This is purely my own experience I discuss.
