Hi, my name is Virginia & I run a food tour company in Hong Kong called Humid with a Chance of Fishballs Tours. I was featured on Netflix's Restaurants on the Edge series, in the Hong Kong episode as the Hong Kong Street Food Expert and also helped with the location scouting and casting of the restaurant! The footage seen was filmed way pre-Covid 19, hence why no one was wearing a mask, etc.

As of January 1, 2020, they have amassed over 540 reviews on TripAdvisor with a 98% 5-star rating and are currently ranked #5 out of 202 companies for the Best Tours in Hong Kong. An expat in Hong Kong recently sang their praises, “A Must Do! We have lived in Hong Kong for over a decade and still love to explore restaurants.
