Today is truly a memorable day. Experiencing historic rainstorms, floodwaters destroyed many banana trees, causing them to collapse. After completing my daily chores, I take the time to harvest the remaining bananas and bring them home to ripen. A few days later, the golden bananas are ready for processing. I decided to make a modern style banana cake to sell at the market. The delicious cakes, rich in banana flavor, make many people love them. Returning home after a hard day's work, we enjoyed the sweet results together, feeling very happy and proud of the effort we had put in during those difficult days.
