 Souffle cheesecake (cheese castella) and Creme caramel (flan) are two of the tastiest flavors and this recipe combines them into one delicious dessert. It's very delicious, so please try this castella pudding-like Souffle cheesecake Creme caramel flan. 😄

* Measurement: 240ml = 1 cup, 15ml = 1Tbsp, 5ml = 1tsp
Ingredients (recipes):

〇Caramel
・50g / 5Tbsp 2tsp sugar
・20g / 1Tbsp 1tsp water
medium heat
・20g / 1Tbsp 1tsp hot water
※Heat resistant cup size: 200ml / 3/4 cup 1Tbsp 1tsp

〇 Pudding (Creme caramel flan)
・300ml / 1 1/4 cup milk
・30g / 1Tbsp 1tsp sugar
medium heat
About 80℃ / 176℉
*As a guideline, foam should appear on the skin of the pot.
・2 whole eggs
・1 egg yolk
・30g / 2Tbsp condensed milk
Add several times.
・A little vanilla essence
Remove air bubbles with plastic wrap.
Preheat 140℃ / 284℉ 35 minutes
 ※Cover the cup with aluminum foil and fill the tray with hot water at 40℃/204℉.
Refrigerate when cooled

〇 Souffle cheesecake (Cheese castella)
※Mold: 100ml / 3/4cup 4tsp per piece
・ Melted butter Appropriate amount
・13g / 1Tbsp granulated sugar

・100g / 5tbsp cream cheese
・10g / 2 1/2 tsp butter *Room temperature
・25ml / 5tsp milk
・1 1/2 egg yolk
・20g / 2 1/2 cake flour

・55g / 2oz egg white
・27g / 2Tbsp 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
*If the meringue is too hard, it will break easily.
*It is easier to mix with a whisk.

※Fill the tray with hot water of about 40℃/104℉.
Preheat 150℃/302℉ 20 minutes
Additional 160℃ / 320℉ 13 minutes
*Please adjust the baking time according to the color.

・120ml / 1/2 cup whipped cream
