Mead with Juniper Berries - How to Make Mead at Home

Mead with Juniper Berries.  This is a pretty basic mead, using flavors of Juniper Berries to give a bit of a gin twist on homemade mead.  We used orange blossom honey and orange zest and a clove to add a little more complexity to this one.  Find out how you can make mead at home really easily in this video.

3 1/2 lbs (1587.57 grams) Sweet Squeeze Orange Blossom Honey: https://amzn.to/3lBTTQ9
Water to fill to 1 US Gallon
Zest of one orange
