Williams Tools Quality And Warranty Are A Huge Disappointment

Dealing with Williams customer service was a nightmare. The consistency and quality of the tools are different from tool to tool. I tried to replace a tool and ended up having to buy two because even though they had the same model number they were two different tools. I tried to warranty replace a ratchet and a week later I got a phone call and the manager didn't bother call me back after the call was dropped. All in all it's been a huge eye-opener and I won't be buying Williams ever again.
