Here's a quick guide to setting yourself up with an awesome and free alternative to TrackIR.
It works really smoothly and only requires a webcam and a light source (LED) to use effectively.
It's worth noting that for this video I've used the most basic set-up using one reference point which is why I'm not able to tilt my head left and right. If I add more points of reference (up to 4) then the software does support that function.
