I Used My Hands to Carve an Explosion from Wood

Making an explosion from wood isn’t the easiest thing in the world but hopefully I’ve been able to convey it well in this sculpture of a Star Destroyer from Star Wars. The whole thing took around 45 hours to make and I used a whole bunch of wood carving tools in the process and it was finished off with oil paints.
