Digital minimalism is a concept devised and popularised by Cal Newport - a US productivity expert.
I took the 30 days tech challenge to detox my social media consumption and it opened up a wealth of new activities and mental clarity I haven't experienced before. Of course I used this to focus even more on Street photography.
