Almond / Pistachios Flakes: for filling (optional)

For Rabri

Fresh Milk: 1 Litre
Dried Milk: 1/4 Cup
water: 1 Glass
Sugar: 4 Tablespoon (according to your taste)
Cardamom: 3-4
Almond & Pistachios: for Garnishing
