****Many of you pointed out about the double Entandres on this song and now that I've watched it again, it brought so much more meaning. Keep in mind this reaction was recorded quite a while ago and I was very new to Em's writing style and took it at face value. Learning more about his writing style has taught me how complex his art truly is. I'd like to think I would have picked it up if watched for the first time today, but I'll never know. Watching it again seems it's so dang obvious. Not knowing at the time about his life and challenges, the double meaning went right over my head...****
What an incredible ability on Em's part to be able to interpret the thoughts from the vantage point of a person that was capable of such a horrible mass shooting. So pointless of a crime, but such brilliance of interpretation on Em's part. Simply incredible.
