To get a powerful baseline
To get a powerful baseline backhand lob, you first need to be able to comfortably do a side drive. Mastering the side drive means you've attained strong hand-eye coordination and good backhand power that's necessary for a good backhand lob.
It's much harder to skip the backhand drive and jump straight to lobbing and many players do this because backhand lobs are really cool, you've been warned!
Once that's done, come back to his video and watch my tips on how to do a backhand lob well! Remember, keep your elbows high and all the best to mastering the backhand lob. As always, keep practicing!
