I uploaded this clip for those who love the movie "The Graduate" or have some special memories on Sequoia Apartments, Moe's Books , Cody's Books, Caffe Mediterraneum, Cafe Intermezzo and Telegraph Avenue in Berkeley.
このビデオは、映画「卒業」を愛する人、または、セコイア・アパート, モーズ・ブックス，コーディーズ・ブックス、カフェ・メッド、カフェ・インテルメッゾ そして、バークレーのテレグラフ通りに、特別の思い出を持つ人たちに捧げます。

I saw "The Graduate" in 1969 for the first time when I was a senior high student and I was so impressed.
And I became a "The Graduate"-conscious movie fan for some years. But I did not care about the area of the movie setting because I was in Japan and I did not know much about the geography of America.
I saw the movie again after I started living on Telegraph Avenue to go to UC.
I found my apartment building in the movie. I was so surprised and so glad.
That was not because I saw it in a "so-so" movie, but because I saw it in "The Graduate," one of the films I love most and one of the masterpieces of all time.
I was living in Sequoia Apartments, from where I could see Caffe Mediterraneum. The caffe is the place where, in the movie, Benjamin is waiting for Elaine's bus.
But I came to know the very sad fact that the building was demolished after the fire disaster in 2011.
The building was one of the architectural heritage of Berkeley.
I saw my old room on fire in YouTube.
This upload could be my self-satisfied memorial service for the building.
高校の時に見て感動しました｡
その後､何年も､特に｢卒業｣にこだわり続ける､映画ファンでした｡
しかし､映画の中の場所は気にしていませんでした｡
バークレーに住み始めてから改めて見て､嬉しくなりました｡
単に多くの映画の中の一つではなく､自分が特別に大切に思っていた､それも超一級の名作のなかに､自分のアパートを発見したからです。ベンがエレーンのバスを待っていた辺りです。
しかしながら、そのアパート[Sequoia]は、2011年の大火事のため、取り壊されました。
Sequoiaは、テレグラフ通りのイメージの中で大事な役割を果たしていた歴史的建造物でした。
YouTubeで、昔の自分の部屋が燃えているのを見ました。
このｱｯﾌﾟﾛｰﾄﾞは、この建物に対しての私の個人的な供養でもあります。

I like to know the actual location of the film.
I hope someone will let me know the answer.
バスの外の景色は、Caffe Med と カリフォルニア大学の間のはずですが、実際は違うところで撮影しているような気がします。どなたか実際の場所を教えてくださらないでしょうか。
