Recipe

400 grams beef
1/2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt

For the sauce

2 tbsp ketchup
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1.5 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp sesame oil


3 tbsp oil
3 slices ginger
1 clove garlic
1 mediun onion slice
spring onion
4 tomatoes
1 tbsp shaoxing wine
1/2 tbsp cornstarch diluted(optional)
