Beef roast
- 2.5 lbs beef roast
- olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 tbsp fresh garlic
- 1 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Onion powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika or smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp Chili powder
- 1 Tbsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Harissa I used this one; https://amzn.to/3BV1ant
- 8 oz tomato sauce
- 2.5 cups of water

Cookie Recipe; (please use a scale)
Ingredients :
- 115 gr of butter at room temp
- 70 gr of white sugar
- 110 gr of brown sugar
- 1 Large Egg at room temp
- 1 Teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 180 gr of flour
- 1/2 Teaspoon of baking soda
- 1/2 Teaspoon of salt
- 150 gr of chocolate chips + a handful for decoration
Whisk butter, white sugar, brown sugar. Then add one egg and whisk again then add vanilla extract. in a different bowl mix flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt.
Add dry ingredient to wet ingredient and chocolate chip and mix using a spatula.
