So many people wonder if they can ever be happy as a single person. It is the construct of your thoughts, and what you have made being “single” mean in your head that determines whether you can be happy or not.

If you’ve been dating people who have let you down, been abusive, don’t want what you want, or don’t want it with you… then the logical choice is to take a time out and enjoy the life that you have.

As for loneliness – a lot of people worry about feeling lonely. It’s impossible to feel lonely when you have your Self. There can be a yearning or a need to connect with others, and that is natural. But we don’t always need to siphon that urge into a romantic construct.
