No oven, no yeast easy whole wheat garlic naan!!

*In a bowl take 2 cup whole wheat flour, ¼ tsp baking soda, 1 tsp baking powder, 1 tsp garlic and ¾ tsp salt. Mix well
* Add 2 tbsp oil, ¼ cup curd. Mix well
* Add water as required and knead to a medium soft dough.
* Grease the dough with 1/2 tsp oil, cover and let it rest for 2 hours.
* Prepare garlic butter by mixing 3 tbsp butter, 1 tsp chopped garlic and 2 tbsp coriander.
* After 2 hours, knead the dough slightly to remove any air in the dough.
* Take a ball size dough and roll to oval shape (Do not make too thin nor thick)
* Grease with water over naan. (Make sure you coat uniformly this helps naan to stick on tawa/pan)
* Put it on hot tawa. Place the the water coated side down to tawa.(Do not use nonstick tawa/pan)
* Slightly press as this helps the naan to stick on to the tawa/pan
* After a minute, flip the tawa/pan upside down and cook naan directly on flame till they turn golden brown (1-2 mins)
* Flip back the pan and  brush with garlic butter mixed with coriander leaves.
* Scrape the naan from the bottom and remove.
* Serve garlic naan hot with your favourite curry

Tips:
* Do not to use a non-stick pan as naan will not stick to it while flipping
* Do not apply any oil to the pan as it won’t let naan stick to the pan.
* Do not roll too thick as it won’t remained stick to tawa/pan
