In this video I show you the Sigma 18-35mm f1.8 ART lens and how it integrates with the Canon EOS R. I actually like this lens a lot and purchased it for our new production BMPCC6K but I also thought for the incredible price of just over $600 USD that it covers a really great focal range for 4K on the EOS R. The lens stretches across 30-60mm equivalent focal length and that means it is like having a couple of really sharp primes all in one lens. The 35mm focal length is a really good focal length for vlogging, interviews and micro content and likewise the 50mm focal length for interview setups with nice Bokeh is just spot on. Sharpness of this lens through the entire focal range is really good and the lens just has a really great look to it overall. I highly recommend this lens for use predominantly for 4K shooting on the Canon EOS R. I can't wait to show you the footage it produces on the BMPCC6K
