Mixed seafood salad with a
Mixed seafood salad with a sweet and sour sauce. The sauce is great as always.
Ingredients and cooking method:
Chilies paste:
10 dried chilies (left soaking in water overnight)
10 tsp of soda water
5 tbsp of pickled garlic juice
3 cloves of pickled garlic
Blend everything together in a food processor.
Sauce/dressing:
1 lemon
1/2 ladle of syrup
2 tbsp of fish sauce
2 tbsp of anchovy juice
Vegetables:
Red onions
Coriander
Celery
Carrots
Mango (optional)
