According to Ayurveda, gond is believed to improve health and stamina, preventing one from being ill with a cold or a cough. Low levels of vitamin D in the body are also known to be treated by it. The ladoos are quite effective in reducing back pain and other joint aches because they lubricate the joints.

Ingredients to make Gond Ladoo
Gond - 1/4 cup
Almond - 1/4 cup
Cashew - 1/4 cup
Makhana - 1/4 cup
Wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Ghee
Jaggery Syrup
Cardamom Powder - 1 tsp

Method to make Gond ke Laddoo
1. Fry all nuts, makhana, and gond in ghee.
2. Also roast wheat flour in ghee.
3. Make a powder with nuts and mix, wheat flour, and cardamom powder.
4. Add jaggery syrup mix and make laddoos.
