A drag racing event in Turkey was part of Tekno fest Istanbul. Organized by Turkey Technology Team Foundation (T3 F) together with Istanbul Metropolitan Municipalities. The event aims to show the country's rapid advancement in technology.
Kawasaki Ninja H2 R Vs F-16 Fighter Vs Formula 1 Car
The drag race, held at the airport in the city of Istanbul, Turkey, witnessed the participation of very different and unlikely participants. includes the Red bull Racing Formula One team's F 1 car, Kawasaki Ninja H2R, a Turkish Air Force F-16 fighter jet and the Challenger 605 private jet. Also included are some road legal cars in the form of an Aston Martin Vantage , Lotus Evora GT430 and a Tesla Model S P100DL.
The F1 car was driven by Red Bull Racing test driver Jake Dennis, while the Kawasaki Ninja H2 R was driven by former professional motorcycle racer Kenan Sofuoglu.
The Kawasaki Ninja H2R took 9.43 seconds to cross the line, just 0.04 seconds ahead of the F1 car. The two were followed by the F-16 fighter plane coming in third.
Kawasaki motorcycles are very powerful and fast. mainly in moto GP
for the grand prix in which the Kawasaki ninja races.
