FOR THE TADKA:

Turmeric Powder= 1/4 tsp
Deggi Mirch Powder= 1 tbsp
Water= 1 cup
Garam Masala= 1 tsp
Salt= 1 tsp
Kasuri Methi Powder= 1 tsp
Amchur Powder= 1 tsp
